1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Sonus mobile application and related services (the "App"), published by Selcora Mobile ("we", "us" or "our"). By downloading, accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the App for its intended purpose — assisting communication — on devices you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

3. Your Content

The App lets you create custom cards, categories, profiles and add your own photos and labels ("Your Content"). You retain all rights to Your Content. Because Your Content is stored on your device, you are responsible for it, including keeping backups. You agree not to add content that is unlawful or that infringes the rights of others.

Sonus is free to download and use. The App may offer optional in-app purchases or subscriptions managed through the Apple App Store. Payments, renewals, refunds and cancellations are handled by Apple under your App Store account settings and Apple's terms.

6. Communication Aid — Not a Medical Device

Sonus is a communication and educational aid. It is not a medical device and is not a substitute for professional medical, clinical, therapeutic, or speech-language pathology advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always seek the guidance of a qualified professional regarding communication, health or developmental needs. Do not rely on the App for emergency communication; in an emergency, use established emergency services.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, software, text, graphics, symbols (other than Your Content) and the Sonus name and logo, is owned by Selcora Mobile and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or that voices, translations or speech output will be accurate in every context.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Selcora Mobile shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, unless otherwise required by mandatory local consumer-protection laws that apply to you.
